Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery in the UK typically takes 2–4 business days.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Approval

Anyō Technē wants you to love your purchase. This policy explains your rights when you buy online from us.

1. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or doesn't match the contract, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Online cancellation rights (UK customers)
If you buy online from us, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive it. You must tell us you want to cancel, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

3. Online cancellation rights (EU customers)
If you're in the EU and buy online from us, you have 14 days to change your mind, starting from the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. Tell us you want to cancel, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

4. Return postage costs
Change-of-mind returns: You pay return postage unless we agree otherwise. Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: We pay return postage or send a return label.

5. Return condition rules
Items must be returned:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and accessories (where possible)

We may refuse a return or reduce your refund if:
- The item is damaged by you
- It's used beyond reasonable inspection
- Packaging/tags/accessories are missing and affect resale value
- There's no proof of purchase
- The return looks fraudulent or abusive

6. Hygiene items (no change-of-mind returns)
We don't accept change-of-mind returns for hygiene items once opened, worn, or used, including:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Any sealed intimate products

Exception: These are returnable if faulty, damaged, or sent wrong.

7. Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
Contact us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the problem

We'll offer repair, replacement, or refund, and cover return costs for genuine issues.

8. Non-returnable items
Unless faulty or sent wrong:
- Personalised/custom items
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads once started

9. How refunds work
- Made to your original payment method
- Processed after we receive items (or proof you've sent them)
- Allow 5-10 days for your bank to show the funds

10. Proof of purchase
We may ask for order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement before processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@anyotechne.com with photos. If approved, we will provide a solution which may include a replacement or refund.


Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
No. All orders are final once checkout is completed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through secure payment processing.


Product Care

How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry dry. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Store it in a clean, dry place.

Do you provide care tools?
Yes. A cleaning cloth is included with your order to help maintain your jewelry.


Pricing & Availability

Can items sell out?
Yes. Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
